      The husband and wife team of Ricky Davis and Micol Davis began performing as a duo in 1995. Most recently BMT’s Southern ballad rendering of the 1959 Paul Anka hit “Put Your Head on My Shoulder” was included in a motion picture that was released in 2006. BMT has played throughout Tennessee, North Carolina and Georgia, and has opened concerts for Delbert McClinton, Grand Funk Railroad and Pat Travers and has also performed in Music City. BMT has been nominated several years in a row as “best acoustic blues act”. Please make plans to see this act here at Green Meadow on September 14^th.

The band is “Avenue C’. This will be an evening of acoustic sound. Candi’s vocal sounds will remind you of Melissa Etheridge, Alanis Morissette, Tracy Chapman and Janis Joplin who we all know sang, “Me and Bobby McGee”.

For the golfer who has everything, for the tennis player who defeats all comers, for even the very model of athletic ability, there is always thirst. After all, Gatorade wouldn't be in business if sport didn't wear people down, would it? As always, Green Meadow has its members taken care of, with a fully stocked bar standing at the ready.

Adjacent to the standing bar itself is a large-screen back-projection television, ideal for watching pro competitions or keeping track of the most recent round of golf. While watching television isn't the primary choice of most club members, the air-conditioning and the lounge's "tube" can occasionally provide a nice change of pace during the middle of a sweltering summer day.

The bar and accompanying lounge, of course, is monitored at all times. And, while it might seem a given, the Club does ensure that only persons of legal age have access to the "finer" things of life provided at the counter. So don't forget to bring along the proper credentials, should you wish to have a go at the bar's stock.
