2008  POOL ACTIVITIES 

          Come out and join our Water Aerobic classes on Monday and Wednesday evenings 
from 6:30 – 7:30 p.m. Get in a great workout while having a good time!

2005  EXERCISE FITNESS PROGRAM

What:  Water Aerobics Class
Where:  Green Meadow Swimming Pool
When:  Thursdays at 12 noon & Monday at 4:30 pm
Who:  Anyone interested in becoming fit in the pool with a low impact aerobic class.  $3/session.

Taught by:  Staci Doig (one of our coaches)

2005  PRE-COMPETITIVE SWIM PROGRAM

 

2005 PRE-COMPETITIVE PROGRAM

    Starting Tuesday, June 7th, 2005, coaches Dan and Andy will be running a stroke technique clinic from 12:30 p.m. to 1:30 p.m. They will try to make these clinics available throughout the summer. The cost is $12 per swimmer. Starting this Tuesday and going through Thursday, the 9th, the clinics will be as follows:
Tuesday: Freestyle
Wednesday: Backstroke
Thursday: Breaststroke

Please sign up at the pool on the form on the bulletin board or call the pool at 982-8783 - extension 15 and ask them to add your name to the list. These classes will be limited to 12 swimmers so that each swimmer will get individual attention. If you have questions, please check with the coaches, or you can call Karen at  556-7317.

Swimmers may take all three sessions for $125.00.
